The ruling APC is leaving no stone unturned in Lagos in oder to ensure they emerge victorious in the next month's general elections. It is in a bid to garner the highest votes possible that the party inaugurates the Independent Campaign Council executives in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, Isolo and Ejigbo LCDAs.
The inauguration ceremony which was carried out by the Director, Lagos West 1 Directorate for Tinubu-Shettima/Sanwo-Olu-Hamzat Independent Campaign Council, Hon. Tayo Orekoya, had other directors, Deputy Directors and members of the directorate present.
The oath of allegiance was administered by Hon. (Barr.) Kayode Tinubu, who doubles as the Deputy Director, Volunteers, in the presence of party leaders and members. The ICC executive members for Oshodi-Isolo Local Government and Isolo, Ejigbo LCDAs were charged to source for fresh and undecided voters that would boost the chances of the party at the election day. They were enjoined to leave party members because their votes are already secured, rather, they should aggressively engage artisans and residents who are yet to decide who they will vote for.
They were equally equipped with the excellent leadership prowess of Asiwaju and why he is the best candidate for the exhalted office of president and equally the massive Infrastructural projects executed by Gov. Sanwo-Olu to earn him a second term.
The executive chairman of the host Oshodi-Isolo local government, Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede, ably represented by the Secretary to the local government, Hon. Smart Olayinka, stressed the need for party members to stay united and shun disunity. He said all hands must be on deck for the party to have a massive win.
According to him, "the ICC directorate is doing an excellent job, I however want to appreciate my amiable chairman, Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede for his proactiveness. Even before the commencement of ICC, the chairman has already set up such body and gave them the needed support to excel. His is leaving no stone unturned and by the grace of God, all our candidates will emerge victorious. All hands must be on deck for this election."
The ICC coordinator for Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, Hon. Olubiyo, appreciated the Directorate for coming to his local government to perform the inauguration exercise, he promised the loyalty of his members and assured that they would work fervently for the success of the party.
Other dignitaries present during the inauguration ceremony include Deputy Directors, Hon. Femi Odusote, Hon. Abiola Sanola, Hon. Austin Omoruyi.
