APC Foot-soldiers Directorate Holds Strategic Meeting







In a bid to ensure the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) emerged victorious in the coming general elections that is less than 3 weeks away, the Foot-Soldiers Directorate of APC Lagos Independent Campaign Group (ICG) holds strategic meeting on how to harness, galvanize and strategically increase the supporters of the party and turn them to its foot-soldiers.


The meeting which was held at the Oyetayo office of Oshodi-Isolo local government chairman, Otunba  Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede who doubles as the Director of the Directorate, had members discussed strategies to increased the electoral chances of the party. 


Otunba Oloyede welcomed the members and charges them on the need for the directorate to deliver on the mandate given to it by the party hierarchies. He stressed the importance of the directorate and how its actions can positively impact on the coming elections.


He said the supporters of the party can never be too much, hence the need to keep gaining new souls for the party. 


According to him; "I warmly welcome you all to this crucial meeting. Our directorate is very important to the success of our party in this coming election because we are in charge of evangelising the good news of the party to the people. We are also to ensure we continue to win new souls to the party because our supporters can never be too much. 


He continues; "we are to hit the ground running and leave no stone unturned because all our candidates must emerge victorious at the polls. Personally, I will support the directorate, not only with my time but also with my personal resources". 


Other members of the directorate promised the direcror their readiness to deliver maximally for the party across the length and breadth of Lagos state.


Other members present include the state Secretary (Hon. Mrs Jemila B. Muez), Hon. Ibidun Mudashiru from Mainland LG, Hon. Odedeyin Emmanuel, Hon. Yusuf Olashile, Hon. Tunde Abodunrin, Chief Olakunle Familola, Hon. Shola Adeniran and Hon. Babatunde Tella.
