The honourable member representing Oshodi-Isolo constituency 1 at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Ogundipe Stephen Olukayode, popularly called Omoj'omolo, today visited the pupils of the constituency that are attending the free summer coaching that he sponsored.
The free summer coaching has five centres across the constituency where pupils are being intensively tutored, taking available of their holiday. Hon. Ogundipe, while engaging the pupils, charged them to be a good ambassador of the constituency, noting that he was born and bread in Oshodi and there are so many other notable people that are from Oshodi that are currently making wave. He urged them to face their studies, informing them that they can be anything they desire to become in life. He also promised to encourage the best 50 pupils that performed academically well.
The elated pupils showed their happiness and appreciation to the honourable member for giving them the opportunity to attend a free summer coaching where they will learn ahead of their resumption. They also appreciate the manner in which the coaching is being conducted.
The lawmaker was also joined by the Education Secretary of the local government, Hon. Alakija Mayowa, who also urged the pupils to take the available of the free coaching. He also thanked the honourable member for coming up with such idea and positively engaging the pupils.
At the end of the exercise, the lawmaker also promise to host all the pupils where he will further engage them on career talk.
