Oshodi-Isolo Council Chair, Oloyede kicks off Rehabilitation of Araromi phase II

Determined to ensure that the local government enjoys superb infrastructures to aid seamless movement of goods and services, the executive chairman of Oshodi-Isolo local government, Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede has kick-off the rehabilitation work of the concluding part of Araromi street, Oshodi. 

To also monitor the job and the pace at which the contractor is progressing, the council chairman equally paid an unscheduled visit to the site for an on-site assessment. During his inspection, Otunba Oloyede interacted extensively with the contractor, telling him that he and his people expect a perfect job while keeping to the completion date. 

Otunba Oloyede further revealed that his administration will continue to put smiles on the faces of Oshodi residents via impactful projects that will positively impact their lives, properties and their businesses. 

He disclosed that many more roads within the local government have been penned for rehabilitation and that contractors will move to site in no distance time.


He appreciated the massive support gotten from the people while promising them of the readiness of his administration to serve them. 


He said; "I am here today for an on-the-site assessment and to reiterate to the contractor that our people expect a standard job that should be delivered on record time. This is the concluding part of this street and we appreciate the support and patience of our people while the project is ongoing. 


We are here for the sake of our people and we shall not rest on our oars towards providing amenities that would affect them positively. On completion of this road, it will greatly boost business activities and lead to seamless vehicular movements. 


Other roads have equally been penned and soon, our people will see us on the streets."
