Non-Stop Infrastructure Projects: Oshodi-Isolo Council Chair, Otunba Oloyede Begins Rehabilitation of Mabayoje Street

 


Following his determination and true to his words of not resting on his oars until Oshodi-Isolo local government roads wear a new and attain enviable state within comity of nations, the workaholic chairman of the local government, Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede has yet again kick started rehabilitation work on Mabayoje street. 

It should be recalled that the council chairman visited the street last week for an on the spot assessment, where he assured residents that he will swing to action and give the street a new look.

Mabayoje is a strategic street linking about 7 streets within the local government. 

It was however a pleasant surprise to the residents as contractors  moved to site on Saturday afternoon having being mobilized by the people's chairman,  Otunba Oloyede. 

This is coming just few hours after the commencement of rehabilitation work on Oshodi Road, Church Street and Olaogun Junction to ameliorate the sufferings of the residents on the deplorable asphalt laying roads. 

With this massive infrastructural projects ongoing across the wards within the council, Otunba Oloyede is gradually turning Oshodi into a new phase of development.

The Oshodi-Isolo council helmsman said he will continue to deliver his electoral promises he made with the people. 

"It is our desire to transform the entire streets of our local government and make our roads motorable but it will have to be done one after the other. We appreciate the massive support of our people and we commend their patience. We shall keep trying our best to ensure our infrastructural drive circulate and gets evenly distributed across all wards of the council. To the areas that are yet to see us, please bear with us, we shall get across," the council chair said.
